Alison is unwavering in her belief that people need to have the space to embrace their uniqueness and have the confidence to speak their truth. Alison never misses an opportunity to be in the kitchen cooking for friends and family with a glass of bubbly in hand. She loves music, reads multiple books simultaneously and works out regularly.

With extensive years of corporate experience in leadership and directorship roles in the areas of Strategy, Supply Chain, Quality, and LEAN Manufacturing, Wayne is well-versed in his field of executive coaching. Wayne's firm belief that “no one is broken” and all can live to their full potential is evident through his clients attesting to the effectiveness of his coaching style, and its transformational results. As a devoted husband and loving father, Wayne believes in maintaining a balance across his life's spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical aspects. Wayne enjoys cycling, documentaries, and being inspired by music.

She has been consulting for many years, exercising her broad range of skills to assist her clients to achieve their goals. Susan cares deeply about facilitating insight and seeing the growth and development of people. Susan is a passionate tennis player, a devoted mom and a lover of adventures in the outdoors.
James Reader
Psychologist, Therapist, Consultant and Coach
James designs and runs interventions for organisations, groups and individuals and draws on many years of experience across industries. James is an extremely high energy and creative person. In his work he loves quality, process as well as outcome, clear constructive results, meaningful learning and adding value. He aims to create an experience of authenticity, personal mastery, connection, creativity and ultimately a sense of community. James has interests in adventure, improvisational workshops, guitar playing, Argentine tango dancing. He keeps fit through martial arts, yoga, gym, hiking, trail running, surfing and team frisbee.
